A combination of preload and short upper strut mount spacers distributes the lift load more evenly and prevents CV axle overextension within the OEM tolerances. A moderate preload spacer and coil spring pad below the OEM coil spring is the first component to add a higher ride height. A short 1-piece top mount metal strut spacer is the second.
