ICON 22-24 Toyota Tundra 6in Lift Stage 6 Suspension System - Tubular - CDXS
Special order — availability will be confirmed after purchase.

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 6-Inch Suspension System with CDXS delivers an advanced level of suspension performance, adjustability, and control for the 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra. Designed for drivers who want increased tuning capability and exceptional performance across a wide range of driving conditions, this system combines ICON's 2.5 Series shock technology with a complete suite of heavy-duty suspension components engineered for durability, comfort, and off-road capability. Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series front coilovers and rear shocks with remote reservoirs provide superior damping control, increased fluid capacity, and improved heat dissipation for consistent performance during extended off-road use. Equipped with ICON CDXS technology, all shock absorbers feature independent high-speed and low-speed compression damping adjustment, allowing precise tuning of handling response, ride quality, and suspension aggressiveness. The system allows for up to a 40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE components and features adjustable front ride heights from 5-6 inches of lift. Through innovative engineering, the system achieves a full 6 inches of front lift with only 4 inches of crossmember drop, maximizing ground clearance while minimizing CV joint angles. Tubular upper control arms equipped with ICON's patented Delta Joint Pro (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) provide increased strength, exceptional durability, improved caster correction for enhanced drivability, and 90 degrees of total articulation for unrestricted suspension movement. The system maintains factory track width while optimized suspension geometry nearly eliminates the bump steer common to stock Tundras.

High-strength one-piece ductile iron steering knuckles, high-clearance CNC laser-cut and brake-formed 1/4-inch steel crossmembers, and an integrated front skid plate provide the strength and protection required for demanding off-road environments. High-angle greaseable outer tie rods, sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty front and rear bump stop brackets, improved rear sway bar links and mounts, and a rear track bar bracket work together to maintain proper suspension geometry and reduce bind throughout the suspension's range of motion. ICON-engineered custom triple-rate rear coil springs provide progressive spring rates for a comfortable on-road ride while delivering the stability and control required during aggressive off-road driving. The result is a complete, vehicle-specific suspension system that delivers exceptional ride quality, advanced damping adjustability, and uncompromising off-road capability with the clearance to fit 37-inch tires at full articulation.

The ICON Stage 6 6" Suspension System is the ultimate expression of performance for the 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra, combining premium shock technology, advanced suspension geometry, and heavy-duty components engineered for maximum capability.
