The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 10 complete suspension system for the 2023-2026 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro is specifically designed to retain the stock billet aluminum front upper control arms found on Sequoia TRD Pro while providing improved on- and off-road performance as well as front-end lift and leveling for a proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires. This system features 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilover shocks with CDEV for the front of the truck along with dual rate coil springs, rear upper and lower tubular links, adjustable track bar, and our proven 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks with remote reservoirs and CDEV for the rear. Focus on driving and let ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) read the terrain and make near-instant adjustments via the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each individual shock. Control the system wirelessly through the IIC app on your phone and once configured the system functions without driver input.

This Stage 10 system features the 2023-2026 Toyota Sequoia VS 2.5 Series CDEV remote reservoir front coilovers with a vehicle specific shock length to allow compatibility with the stock front upper control arms found on the Sequoia TRD Pro. These adjustable coilovers allow up to 1-2.5” of front lift height adjustability over stock, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. ICON’s Vehicle-specific shock length and valving along with the larger 2.5” shock body and increased piston area over stock components yield the maximum travel possible with the OE front upper control arms along with superior ride quality and suspension performance both on- and off-road. Remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade.

Rounding out the Stage 10 suspension system are 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks specially tailored for the 2023-2026 Toyota Sequoia. The 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks’ larger diameter offers outstanding performance off-road and a smooth ride on the street. Remote reservoirs ensure optimum performance by increasing the duration of consistent damping regardless of situation, keeping the shocks at a cooler operating temperature during heavy use. They also feature a unique internal Bump Zone that when used creates an additional 20% of damping force to help better control hard bottom outs. Their pairing with the ICON V.S. 2.5 Series CDEV front coilovers results in balanced vehicle control from front to rear and an excellent overall driving experience for your Sequoia.

Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) is an electronically controlled valve that meters the flow of oil to regulate the amount of damping force that is created by the shock when compressed. This infinitely variable valve can react in less than 40ms and has the ability to make extremely precise adjustments for varying terrain. CDEV’s hydraulic circuits are also custom tailored per application to create the highest resolution and dynamic range allowable for each specific vehicle. Powered by ICON Intelligent Control and proprietary ICON mobile app, the system uses information from the onboard G-force sensor and Gyroscope to perform calculations based on algorithms and user-defined settings to predict terrain and adjust shock settings via the CDEV accordingly.

ICON tubular steel adjustable rear upper and lower links are made from 1-3/4 x .313 wall DOM tubing and a multi-stage black powder coat finish for corrosion resistance. These rear link arm kits feature PTFE-lined FK rod ends for increased suspension articulation, reduced deflection, and link arm length adjustability. Additionally, multi durometer bushings are installed that allow for noise free operation and maximum angularity without the need for periodic greasing and/or other maintenance.

The ICON Billet Rear Adjustable Track Bar helps center the axle of your lifted 2023-2026 Sequoia. Double adjuster rod end threads allow easy “on-vehicle” fine adjustment of track bar length without requiring removal or disassembly of the track bar. The track bar is CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum bar, and anodized to match the look of ICON's billet upper and lower links.

The dual-rate rear coil design provides a softer ride height spring rate with a firmer overload rate that combine to deliver on-road comfort with excellent bottoming resistance and superior off-road performance. Designed for taller rear ride heights, these coil springs yield 2" of rear lift over stock on a Sequoia TRD Pro, allowing for level a stance front to rear.

The ICON Stage 10 suspension system for the Sequoia TRD Pro is a full coilover performance suspension system, providing improved performance as well as front/rear-end lift and leveling for a proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires.

ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) uses onboard sensors to monitor G-forces and movement of vehicle chassis along with user defined settings to actively make near instantaneous compression damping changes

APPLICATION NOTE #189: For Sequoia TRD Pro ICON diff drop (part# 55156) is recommended but not required. If installing ICON diff drop, ICON skid plate spacer kit (part# 55164) is also required.

APPLICATION NOTE #85: Advertised lift height ranges are for a stock equipped vehicle. Increasing weight of vehicle due to accessories will alter lift range.
