Offering 16 clicks of resolution, the compression adjuster can go from the unrestricted, fully open (soft) position, to the fully closed (hard) position – offering a significant increase in damping force, in just two full turns of the GF polymer adjuster knob. Rebound damping will remain unaffected regardless of the setting and valving combination chosen. Constructed from billet 6061-T6 aluminum, the red anodized and laser etched housing is built to withstand the harshest of environments with excellent corrosion resistance. The metering piston is CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminum to provide the best service life for high speed applications. Sway-A-Way’s mid-speed compression adjusters are an excellent solution for any application that varies weight often, or that might be used in a variety of terrains where a quick adjustment is desired for optimizing the comfort level of your ride. These 2.5" diameter Coilovers feature all the same race winning engineering and components that have 20+ years of testing into a specifically designed kit that will bolt directly into your daily driven vehicle. These Sway-A-Way shocks are designed to be used with an aftermarket upper control arm and allow for up to 1” more wheel travel on both 2WD and 4WD models. The multi-seal carrier includes redundant seals to keep even the smallest dirt and debris out and to keep the specifically formulated 7wt fully synthetic shock oil in. Viton O-rings ensure a leak free seal at the most extreme temperatures. The steel cylinders are coated with a two-step zinc plated finish designed to withstand the harshest of environments.
